At ADD-vance, we are passionate about understanding, embracing and celebrating neurodiversity. As a dedicated team of specialist workers who are also parent carers; it is our lived experience that drives our passion and empathy.
We believe that every neurodivergent child deserves to thrive – at home, at school and within themselves. Through our expertise and the services we provide, we empower families, equip professionals and educate children to enable them to embrace and celebrate their neurodiversity.

Neurodiversity Support Hub
This service is unique to Herts, and when you call our helpline, you’ll be speaking to someone who truly understands. Every member of our helpline team is a parent/carer of a neurodivergent child, so we know first-hand the challenges and joys you may be experiencing.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 9am – 1pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 9am – 3pm
Wednesday evenings (by appointment): 7pm – 9pm
Monday – Friday: 9am – 1pm (during school holidays)
